Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 16, 2026

The Woodlands Travel Club, LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Suitcases & Savoir Faire Society (the “Society,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit savoirfairetravelsociety.com (the “Website”), join our mailing list, become a Member, register for or attend a Society Event, or use our Community Platforms.

This Privacy Policy is part of our General Terms and Conditions and is incorporated into the Membership Agreement. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the General Terms and Conditions.

1. Who We Are and Our Travel Partner

The Society is a travel community. We are not a seller of travel. Trips promoted through the Society are booked and sold by our Travel Partner, Exemplary Travel Advisors, LLC (“ETA”). The Society and ETA are separate legal entities under common ownership and management.

When you book a Trip, ETA collects the information needed for your travel, such as passport details, date of birth, travel preferences, and payment for travel, under ETA’s own privacy policy at https://www.e-t-a-travel.com/privacy-policy. The Society does not collect passport information or travel payments.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • Contact information: your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.

  • Membership information: your membership plan and renewal dates, Member Portal login, the Household members you add, and your confirmation that you are at least 21 years old.

  • Event information: your RSVPs and attendance, your acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions (including the date, time, and version accepted), and your photography choice.

  • Payment information: membership and event payments are handled by our third-party payment processors. We receive limited details, such as your name, billing ZIP code, the last four digits of your card, and the transaction record. We do not store full card numbers.

  • Community content: posts, comments, photos, reviews, destination votes, and other material you share on the Community Platforms.

  • Communications: messages you send us, survey responses, and feedback.

  • Roommate matching: if you use our optional roommate-matching service, we collect the information described in the separate Roommate Matching Program Terms and Background Check Waiver, which govern that information.

Photos, video, and audio from Society Events

Society Events are photographed and recorded. We collect images and recordings in which you may appear and use them according to Section 12 of the General Terms and Conditions and the photography choice you make when you RSVP.
