New Zealand has a way of getting under your skin, the kind of destination that surprises you even when you think you know what to expect. We've built this journey to give you the full picture: geothermal wonders and glacial fiords, Māori culture and Middle-earth, hot springs and open roads. All of it at a pace that lets you actually be there.

We keep our group sizes small on purpose, so every trip feels personal rather than crowded.

Please note: because you'll be crossing the International Date Line, your flight to New Zealand will depart before the tour's first listed date.

Auckland — A panoramic city tour, the All Blacks Experience, and a welcome dinner high above the city at Sky Tower's rotating Orbit 360° restaurant
Waiheke Island — A ferry to 92 square kilometers of vineyards and coastal village life, with a guided food and wine tour
Hobbiton & Rotorua — A proper tour of the Hobbiton Movie Set, followed by three nights based in Rotorua
Rotorua — Geothermal wonders at Wai-o-tapu, a traditional Māori evening at Te Puia, a restorative soak at Wai Ariki Hot Springs, and a twilight glowworm kayak tour
Christchurch — A quieter chapter to explore the rebuilt city center at your own pace
The Road to Queenstown — One of the South Island's great drives, through the Mackenzie Basin and past the turquoise waters of Lake Tekapo
Queenstown — A full day through the landscapes of Middle-earth with Nomad Safaris, including the Dart Valley and Arrowtown
Milford Sound — A glass-roof coach through Fiordland, followed by a cruise the length of the fiord
Farewell in Queenstown — Free time to explore, followed by a farewell dinner together before heading home

Our trips are members-only but membership is easy.

This is a members-only experience, created for travelers who enjoy exploring thoughtfully and traveling well together. If you're not yet a member, a one-time $97 annual membership is simply added at booking, giving you access to this trip, future journeys, member gatherings, and a full year in the Society.
